GPR Exhaust – Yamaha YZ 250 F / FX 2019/2025

For installation, no structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for use of the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on www.gpr.it and on youtube.

For on-line purchases it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the special coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email to certificato@gpr.it, for purchases at physical stores the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise restrictor) for racing use, remove the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility to use the motorbike as on the circuits only, without bags, without flash light and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the gas following the transformation into the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any refund request will be rejected. The warranty is two years from the purchase, with right of reparation with devolution to GPR factory or nearest official distributor at client expenses.

GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to repair, the client has to accept to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the reparation.

GPR supplies a 304 stainless steel manifold. The package includes flanges, bushings, brackets. It mounts directly on the cylinders without any structural changes.

This is an original GPR product, developed after GPR's experience in the World Championship. It offers an innovative design, improved performance, weight savings and a full-bodied sound.

RACING PRODUCT: This exhaust is supplied with a removable DB Killer. However, it is a RACING product and is not legal for road use.

This kit does not include a Removable catalytic converter.

In some cases, the use of racing items may require the remapping of the ECU, especially when there are additional modifications, such as the installation of a sports filter.

GPR Products are plug-and-play. However, we do recommend a professional installation.

All GPR exhausts are hand made to order in their Milan factory. Delivery times vary on a seasonal basis and can be affected by material availability and other factors beyond our control. Full systems will nearly always take longer than slip-on options and in most cases will take 4-8 weeks to get to you. Most slip-ons will take 2-6 weeks. If you need something faster that this timescale then please contact us prior to ordering and we will get the very latest information from the factory. But please note, that information will only be accurate for a day or two.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all unused products in original packaging. Custom or special order items may not be eligible for return.
